This is not your usual coaching space.

This is different…..because you are different.
What works for others may or may not work for you.
And that’s not a problem. That’s the point.

This is where you choose you.
Not just saying “I matter,”
but actually embodying it in how you think, feel, and show up.

You are worthy.
But somewhere along life, you may have stopped truly believing that.
And that belief?
It’s time to work on it.

This is about building a home within 🏠
where you feel seen, heard, safe, and loved.

And here’s the truth most people miss:
That’s your core job.
Not something others are meant to give you.

It’s time to upgrade your self-image
to match your true worth -
which has always been high. 🤍

Here’s my NO list for the year ahead:

❌ No to non-stop work → YES to rest

❌ No to building my entire identity around my business (which I love … but still) → YES to a FULL Life

❌ No to self-sabotaging self-talk → YES to self compassion

❌ No to hanging on to the past → YES to moving forward with clarity

❌ No to linking change with danger → YES to getting excited about possibilities

And something no one tells you about making “NO” list -
it’s not about pushing life away,
it’s about choosing what stays.

Boundaries don’t limit you - they free you.

Maybe it’s a NO list.
Maybe it’s a YES list.

Either way… it allows you to choose intentionally before the year ends?

Chai & conversations ☕️

“Why are we rewarding this?” 😐

This is not being nice.
This is low self-esteem quietly dressed up as virtue - and society keeps applauding it instead of healing it.

As a life coach, I see this pattern every single day:

1️⃣ Always showing up for others — even when you’re exhausted.
Not because you have endless energy, but because you never learned how to voice your needs. You were taught that good people don’t disappoint others.

2️⃣ Being praised for never asking for help.
Because somewhere along the way you decided your needs were a burden. That you had to earn rest, support, or care.

3️⃣ The glorified “peacekeeper.”
Carrying the emotional weight of everyone in the room. Managing moods. Avoiding conflict. All at the cost of yourself.

Let me be very clear 🫣 this isn’t strength.
It’s survival.

And survival habits don’t need applause.
They need compassion… and transformation.

If this felt familiar in you or someone you love - let this be your reminder:
✨ It’s okay to have needs.
✨ It’s okay to set boundaries.
✨ It’s okay to say no.

You’re human.
You have limits.
And honoring them is not selfish — it’s self-respect.

Before 2025 ends, pause for a moment 🤍
Not to judge the year - but to feel it.

1️⃣ Think of 5 people who made you smile.
It doesn’t have to be family or friends.
It could be a stranger in the park who smiled at you… and somehow, that stayed.

2️⃣ Think of 4 places that brought you peace.
Maybe a walk in the wild.
Maybe a quiet stroll by the beach.
For me, it’s always the ocean - it recenters me every single time.

3️⃣ Think of the 3 moments that calmed your nervous system.
Even if this year was challenging, I’m sure there are moments you’d want to relive from 2025.

4️⃣ Think of the 2 achievements you forgot to celebrate! 🍾
It’s easy to spot what didn’t go right.
But the good often goes unnoticed.
Let’s acknowledge those unseen wins. It doesn’t have to be a gigantic one, microscopic one count too.

There’s still time left in 2025 to actually celebrate them.

5️⃣ And finally, think of the version of you that showed up anyway this year. I’m sure you’ve grown - in one way or many.
What is the 1 thing that happened in 2025 that proved that to you?
