This one-on-one consultation is the perfect starting point for anyone new to Ayurveda, or already on a health journey, and looking for further support. Over 60 minutes, you’ll be guided through a personalised journey that includes:

Ayurvedic Education:
Learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda and how this timeless science can help restore balance in your daily life.

Health Evaluation:
A chance for Celine to understand your current lifestyle, health concerns, and goals.

Ayurvedic Health Screening:
Using traditional Ayurvedic techniques such as Face Reading, Tongue Mapping, and Pulse Diagnosis to identify your unique constitution and areas of imbalance.

Tailored Plan:
By the end of your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored health plan with practical diet, lifestyle, and self-care recommendations designed to bring your mind and body back into harmony. We’re excited to be expanding our team at Hana and are looking for a skilled holistic massage therapist to join us in our Parnell location. ✨

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Hold an NZQA Level 5 (or higher) qualification.
- Are certified in pregnancy massage.
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practicing massage therapist.
- Bring additional training in lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, or sports massage (a wonderful advantage).
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
