If you’ve been meaning to book in, the long weekend can be a great chance to finally take care of those niggling issues that get pushed aside during a busy week. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, health is understood as a dynamic balance within the body, particularly the flow of Qi and the relationship between Yin and Yang.
