Rojel is proud to produce purified bee venom (Apitoxin) in powder form, harvested from honey bees (Apis mellifera) here in New Zealand.

At our apiaries located in northern Auckland, Rojel collects crude bee venom, which is then carefully processed and freeze-dried to create high-quality purified bee venom powder.

Before freeze-drying, the crude venom undergoes a rigorous purification process. This includes filtration using sterile under micro-meter-level syringe filters to eliminate foreign matter, followed by centrifugation to remove heavy metals.

A recent melittin analysis, conducted by a government-accredited laboratory in New Zealand, confirmed a melittin content of over 64%, indicating the high purity of our product.

Our purified bee venom (PBV) powder is RMP (Risk Management Programme) certified, in compliance with New Zealand government regulations for bee product exports.
