The rain held off and our patients turned out in droves to welcome Dr Zoe Douglass back to Ostend Medical Centre!

Waiheke Health Trust is thrilled to have Zoe's clinical expertise, tremendous empathy and impeccable leadership back on the motu.

Let's Thrive: Healthspan versus Lifespan and deciding your future
Get Strong: Build muscle, bone and confidence
Maintain Connection: The importance of keeping in touch
Rest & Reset: Tips for keeping your cool and sleeping deeply

Sessions with Health Coach Jacki and Health Improvement Practitioner Rozanne begin on 6 October and run for 8 weeks, but there's no obligation to attend every group.

Living Strong is open to our whole community, so feel free to invite friends and whānau to join you!
