Busy weekend! I was part of the organising committee and then hosted the Beyond Radiology, You've Got Some Nerve Symposium over the weekend. We had fantastic speakers talking about a spectrum of nerve issues. Some great presentations and some wonderful learnings taken on board. Thanks to the sponsors and exhibitors - Beyond Radiology, Careway, Gensolve, Fisiocrem, USL and AUT.
Now we start working on next year's Symposium...

An interesting piece of research. We know exercise is good for a lot of conditions, but it's good to understand more about how it affects fibromyalgia.

So good that women are doing strength training as it helps build bone density as well as muscle mass, but it is important to slowly work your way into it.

With an exercise trend towards weight training, especially for women, shoulders and lower backs are proving vulnerable.

I've moved in! The clinic is beautiful. Just got a bit of work to do in the reception area. Really looking forward to working with Katie at Authentic Pilates and Megan at bcalm.

I'm moving in this weekend! The new clinic is looking great. I am looking forward to seeing my lovely clients there.
From Monday 21st I will be at 585 Beach Rd, Rothesay Bay. I am right beside the Bean Grinding cafe. You can park on the street, or under the building via Garadice Rd then take the lift up to level 0. See you there!
