What to know when attending WT ✨

🔥We enjoy a positive, welcoming environment. No competing, no ego, you do you.

🔥 Please arrive early as the door is locked when class begins!

🔥 Please do not be on your phone during class, and no filming. Enjoy time away from gadgets.

🔥 We encourage mindfulness. Listen to your body, modify and rest when you need.

🔥You cannot "out train" a bad diet. As EXCELLENT as the heat is to boost metabolism and shift weight, its important to nourish your body with healthy food and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

🔥Consistency is key, no one got flexible from 1 Yoga class. No one got a strong core from 1 Pilates class. You are as strong as your strongest excuse!

🔥 Bookings must be made everytime on the Mindbody booking app, favourite the Studio ❤️

STABILIZATION
A strong core improves balance and coordination, allowing for more stable movement. It helps maintain proper form during exercise and prevents injuries.

BACK/SPINE SUPPORT
Core muscles are the primary stabilizer for the torso, reducing burden on the vertebrae, discs, and surrounding muscles.

POSTURE
Maintain proper posture as the internal core muscles hold the spine and pelvis in proper alignment.

IMPROVED BREATHING
A strong core promotes effective breathing as it supports the diaphragm, the muscle we use to breathe. Enjoy deeper, more controlled breaths - increasing oxygen intake and endurance.

WHOLE BODY INTEGRATION
A strong core is your power centre, enabling better force transfer between the upper and lower body, and overall functionality.

For January, the casual class proceeds for the Friday 5.30pm Yoga-Lates are donated to Sweet Noah Animal Rescue in Auckland 🤗

Each month it's donated to either Saving Hope Foundation, Keysar Rescue, South Auckland Animal Rescue or Sweet Noah 🥰 Look them up on Facebook, they do so much to help animals in need!

As we get back to our routines, be sure to book your classes a week in advance so you have allocated the time for yourself on the mat.

We welcome a few pop up Bikram 90's on Sunday, Sound Bowl pop ups, and a few more Yoga pop up classes on Friday 6.15am. These all compliment our HIIT Pilates and workouts, it is vital to have variety in your movements and more balance for the mind and body ☯️
