For January, the casual class proceeds for the Friday 5.30pm Yoga-Lates are donated to Sweet Noah Animal Rescue in Auckland ๐Ÿค—

Each month it's donated to either Saving Hope Foundation, Keysar Rescue, South Auckland Animal Rescue or Sweet Noah ๐Ÿฅฐ Look them up on Facebook, they do so much to help animals in need!

As we get back to our routines, be sure to book your classes a week in advance so you have allocated the time for yourself on the mat.

We welcome a few pop up Bikram 90's on Sunday, Sound Bowl pop ups, and a few more Yoga pop up classes on Friday 6.15am. These all compliment our HIIT Pilates and workouts, it is vital to have variety in your movements and more balance for the mind and body โ˜ฏ๏ธ

Spring/Summer Schedule is with us! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ”ฅ Excellent offerings, see the class info on the booking app.

We frequently donate to local Animal Rescues, and the Friday 5.30pm Casual Class takings will be donated to for November ๐Ÿพ

Due to lots of positive feedback and requests we have added more of the Full Body Burn class to the schedule ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Sound Bowls plus the Gong is back some Sundays 4.15pm โœจ๏ธ

Summer is when we sweat the most! This lifts our heart rate and metabolism, so we burn extra calories for up to 72 hours after class. It will also detox and boost fat burning - remember to rehydrate with lots of water!

Other Reminders:

- Always book on the app
- Arrive at least 5min before class begins, door is locked at class time!
- Consider electrolytes to replenish what you sweat
- Doing at least 3 classes a week will get you great results
- We encourage mindfulness and a "you do you" positive attitude. There is no competing against others
- Modify anytime you need and be kind to yourself.
- Group classes are a great way to stay motivated within a nice environment, we do the thinking and planning for you. You just need to show up ๐Ÿ˜Š

Meet our lovely Emma ๐Ÿ’– Long time member, now also an instructor! We kindly peer pressured her into doing the training as she was an obvious natural โœจ๏ธ and we were right! It is awesome having her on the Well Trained Team.

Each instructor brings their own unique "spice" and style to a class. Ems qualities are her lovely voice, cheeky banter and calm collected confidence. Catch her on the schedule here and there, for some Em Flair ๐Ÿฅณ
