I would just like to say thank you to Persis for all her help. With her hypnosis sessions, I was able to get rid of all my baggage in a safe and healthy manner. This allowed me to lose weight, be happier and live a life that I have always wanted.
Being only 22 and dealing with anxiety and depression, I was able break free from the stereotypes and learn to deal with situations in ways that I felt was right for my wellbeing. The most important lesson I have learnt with Persis was that you are the only person who loves you more than anyone, when you learn to love yourself, you are truly invincible. That lesson will stay with me for a lifetime.
