⚡️ Gentle, Targeted Pelvic Adjustment

The drop table is a unique tool I use in practice to adjust the pelvis with precision. The table’s sections lift and then drop slightly as I apply a controlled adjustment — making it both comfortable and highly effective.

This technique helps restore balance and movement in the pelvis without the need for big twists or heavy force. It’s one of the many ways I tailor care to keep adjustments gentle but powerful in their impact.

🦴 Behind the Scenes: Psoas Release in Practice

The psoas is a deep muscle that connects your spine to your legs. It’s hugely important for hip movement, posture, and stability, but often gets overlooked.

In this video I’m showing how I release tension in the psoas — one of the checks I regularly do in the clinic to help people move more freely and comfortably.

💡 A tight psoas can contribute to low back tension and stiff hips, so giving it some attention can make a big difference.

🌱 Spring is coming… is your body ready? 🌱

Every September I see it happen: the sun comes out, we jump straight into running, sports, or gardening — and boom 💥, the injuries follow.

Here are 3 quick tips to keep you moving this spring:
1️⃣ Start small — if you haven’t been running all winter, don’t kick off with 10km.
2️⃣ Stretch before and after — your body will thank you later.
3️⃣ Keep on top of your adjustments — exercise is amazing, but it’s still a stress on your spine. When the “straws” pile up, it only takes one small thing to tip the balance.

If you’ve been sitting at a desk, in the car, or on your phone most of the day — this one’s for you.

🟠 Lie on a foam roller or rolled-up towel lengthwise down your spine
🟠 Arms out wide, palms up
🟠 Head flat if comfortable, or use a small pillow
🟠 Breathe and relax here for 3–5 mins

It’s a great way to open up the chest, unwind tension, and bring your body back into balance.

✨ If you’re feeling like things aren’t quite right — stiffness creeping in, tension returning — it might be time for a quick check-up.
