A 4 day training, embodying the zenthai principles of touch, we explore a new version of more than 80 foundational gestures of zenthai shiatsu bodywork sculpted into a 90 minute bodywork sequence!

The NEW zenthai level one course, not only improves your technical skills but also enhances your personal awareness and emotional connection, making for a more holistic and effective approach to bodywork.
