I was waiting for my body full results. Thanks so much. You have amazing fingers, on how you feel and massage my body. I was so pleased on the results, apart from my breathing problems. Ear ache is gone and I don't feel the strain and shutting down signs on my neck and shoulders when I cough. Thanks so so much.my legs and feet are all good. I don't feel that funny aches.

Went to Kesae Total Balance for pain management, hoping she could help relieve pain in my hip, lower back, and knees. She took before-and-after photos that clearly showed significant improvement in my posture and a change in my face. I left the session feeling rewarded, having gained more movement and a better understanding of some of my body’s ailments that I hadn’t been aware of before, which she worked on during the treatment. I’ve made a return appointment to continue addressing my health issues and would highly recommend her to anyone needing cranial or hip work, or relief from chronic pain.

I had the opportunity to avail the service with Kesae Total Balance at the Te Atatu South location for cranial and facial treatments/massages last Monday, 19th January 2026. I have a problem on the left side of my lower back. Mariko, the person who did the treatment was gentle, and well experienced doing it. The treatment/massage was light, gentle, easy and relaxing. I highly recommend it to boost well being.

Kesae Watanabe, the owner of Kesae Total Balance.

In 1998 Kesae Watanabe set out to learn “小顔矯正(Corrective Beauty Therapy)” through Cranial Therapy in Tokyo and in 2000 she moved to Auckland to join her husband who had moved to the city for work.

Through communication with her client, she found women’s concerns haven’t changed since twenty years ago, despite the emergence of new high-tech products and technologies, expert technique developed year after year.She found that many massage therapists possessed expert technique, but not many offered a combination of technique and inner force.

The powers of a Cranial massage that gives from the heart far surpass the benefits of technique alone.Kesae's Massage is an “Inner Beauty” Salon that addresses concerns of mature women from the inside. That is because “Beautiful Skin” and “Confidence” are like two sides of a coin.As physiologic functions start to work correctly, the turnover of skin gets back in a regular cycle, stabilising the skin quality.
