🦋Practice With Me Online This Holiday Season 🦚

The holidays can be full, frantic, or beautifully slow, and sometimes all three at once.

It can be hard when we step out of routine to remember to prioritise our own self care. That’s where Into Being Online can help.

Wherever you are, whatever this season looks like for you, you can continue to move, breathe, rest, and reconnect anytime, anywhere with the online yoga library.

With practices ranging from 10 to 75 minutes, you can choose exactly what you need:
• A spacious slow flow
• A soothing somatic practice
• Strength + stability
• Restorative + yoga nidra
• Or something playful to remind you of joy 🦄🤸🏼

And truly… the online community says it best:

💬 “My hips feel spacious and lubricated, my legs feel like they’re flying!” – Sonia
💬 “Flying pigeon was intense but so fun to play with!” – Johnny
💬 “Loved the Samana + T-spine exploration.” – Cecilie
💬 “I feel emotionally tuned and ready to live this new day.” – Sonia
💬 “What a powerful practice. I felt freedom, suspension, courage.” – Grace
💬 “I felt connected from start to finish.” – Sonia
💬”This was exactly what I needed to hear “ - Gaby.

This season, let your practice support you, in the quiet moments, in the busy ones, and in the spaces where you return to yourself.

✨ When you’ve tried all the things and nothing seems to shift… ✨
Sometimes healing requires a different doorway.

I wanted to share about my beautiful friend Jess, an incredible energy healer and yoga teacher who has a unique gift for supporting people when they feel stuck physically, emotionally, or energetically.

If you’ve been working with more traditional treatments and you’re still not seeing progress, Jess offers another pathway. She works intuitively with the body’s energy system, helping to clear blocks, restore flow, and bring the nervous system back into a more regulated state.

What I love about Jess is her grounded, compassionate approach. She blends deep sensitivity with a clear, practical understanding of the body and yoga, so her sessions feel both spacious and supportive. Clients often walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

If you’re navigating an issue that isn’t resolving, or you simply feel called to explore the energetic layer of your wellbeing, Jess is truly someone who can help.
Sometimes the most profound healing happens when we broaden the lens and allow ourselves to receive in new ways. 💛

This week we have been exploring the head to tail connection in relation to Abhyasa and Vairagya.

Abhyasa is often translated as steadfastness or consistency with the practice but it is also a remembrance of our essence and wholeness. The stripping away of the layers that happens in yoga.

Vairagya can mean non-attachment or letting go of grasping or attainment but also letting go of the stories and BS that prevents us from remembering our inherent wholeness.

In this practice using repetition and spinal waves to help explore this connection between letting go, softening and expansion. Allowing curiosity and breath create the shapes and movements from the inside out.

It’s amazing how the spine feels at the end of this practice, a reminder of how much tension we hold in the spinal muscles day to day.

What a wonderful weekend nurturing, nourishing, and guiding these beautiful souls through the practice of Restorative Yoga.

A true chance to pause, to rest, and to remember our wholeness, our inherent worth, and the simple truth that we are worthy of rest. 🫶🫶

One of my favourite parts of this training is witnessing the joy that arises as participants fall in love with rest itself: with receiving, with being supported, and with offering that support to others.

It’s such a powerful reminder that we all need rest, we all need holding, and that the therapeutic relationship, our presence, attunement, and care can be profoundly healing.

It’s always a gift to co-facilitate with whose wisdom and nurturing soundscape create the perfect environment for deep relaxation.

And what a beautiful way to close the year. This training is always my final offering of the season, and it arrives as a gentle invitation to slow down and replenish.

If you’d love to join the next round, make sure you’re on my mailing list, you’ll be the first to know when enrolments open.

I am now officially Certified as a Hakomi Somatic Therapist. 💫

Working as a Graduate for the past 12 months under supervision has been a true reflection of Abhyasa. Consistent effort, patience, non-striving and presence.

Hakomi has deepened my understanding of what it means to be with someone, to hold space with compassion, curiosity and gentleness and allow healing to naturally unfold.

It’s invited me to soften, to pause, to allow all of me with compassion.

I’m so grateful for my teachers, supervisors, therapist, clients and colleagues who have supported me and been part of this journey with me.
