Tomorrow morning, we’re celebrating Valentine’s Day the best way we know how: with high energy, huge smiles, and the best community vibes in Auckland!

Whether you’re coming solo for some self-love or bringing your "Galentine" for a sweat session, there is a spot on the floor for you.

Let’s trade the roses for some heart-pumping tracks and start the weekend feeling strong!

💰 Casual Entry: Only $5 (or be the friend that comes for free 😉)

Please note that there will be no yoga this Saturday 24th Jan. However we do still have a Zumba session on at 9.15am this Saturday so we’d love to see you there!

We are super excited to be starting Zumba on Saturday mornings! Starting this Saturday 17th Jan, OC Unleashed Team will be taking the Zumba class at 9.15 am at St Paul’s in the Park community hall. $5 per person (concession available). Everyone welcome! No booking required, just come along and enjoy!

Thrive NZ will be taking a break over Christmas and New Year!

Our last Yoga class for 2025 will be on 13 December, and our last Zumba class will be on 17 December. We’ll reopen in January refreshed and excited to see you again!
