This space is where my darling Leonberger Azul used to lie everyday waiting for me to take him out for a swim or walk and where he spent the days watching me work from my bedroom so we could be in each other’s energy.
Citrine and quartz Crystals, the Buddha and rhe Angel all honour his peaceful joyful lowing soul who is returned out of this 3D dimension to begin his next journey.
I feel him every day and every night still with me but for now I miss his body presence so so much 💗

A fantastic crystal to use in times of stress is black tourmaline. It helps bring fears up to be seen and accepted and transmuted. If you are stressed right now you can balance this with a rose quartz which brings in calmness, and strength through love of self.
