MEMORIES!! 💜
❄️ I spent time with my lovely family in Ireland for Christmas this year ❄️.

Whilst in Ireland ☘️, I had the privilege of offering Reiki to four of my family members. This was the 1st time for my family to receive Reiki at a face to face level. 🙌✨️✨️

The next day some of the feedback from my family was:
✨️ improved sleep
✨️ improved joint pain
✨️ improved emotional wellbeing
✨️ feeling more grounded & at peace
✨️ increased positive mood

There are so many positives gained from receiving Reiki, the list is endless ✨️.
Your body and soul will know what to do when the Reiki is provided. Reiki helps at a physical, mental, emotional & spiritual level ✨️.

📍I am offering Reiki sessions now every Friday on the North shore & every Thursday & Saturday at Beyond The Veil, Ellerslie.

Hey everyone 👋
I hope you are keeping very well and feeling excited , curious, open to what 2026 will bring!! 🙂 🐎 🔥.

I have been quiet on my page lately as I have just returned from an overseas trip to my home town in Ireland ☘️ & a sunny holiday to Thailand 🇹🇭 🌞 🌊.

I spent Christmas & new years with my whānau (family) in Belfast & then journeyed to Thailand with my mum for a relaxing break.

Both countries had different seasons, in Ireland we had frost & snow ❄️, and Thailand it was warm & sunny 🌞.

I am back to Aotearoa feeling recharged & am positively ready for this year 🌿🌻.

📢📢 I will be commencing a NEW clinic on the north shore very soon!!!
