It seems that a page I’ve barely used has recently had a surprising spike in views — so I thought it might be the perfect time to introduce myself and start sharing wellness tips again, just like I used to on my old page.
Hi, I’m Rhiannon. I’m passionate about natural medicine, medicinal herbs, and nutrition. I believe that, in most cases, a healthy lifestyle is the foundation of long-term wellness. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness.
To me, true wellness should feel intuitive — second nature. As the saying goes, “If you don’t make time for your wellness, you’ll be forced to make time for your illness.”
