She first trained in Japan and has attended post graduate reflexology courses in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Cairns Australia, Christchurch and Hamilton, covering Cranio Sacral Reflexology, Ear Reflexology, Reflexology for Menopause, Scar Tissue Treatment, TCM (Meridian Reflexology) and more. Since moving to NZ Kyoko has obtained her professional Diploma of Reflexology and brings over fourteen years of experience to each client and their individual needs.

What will your first appointment involve?

Your first session includes an important pre-treatment consultation and assessment of feet. Kyoko will use Auro-Soma techniques to find what colour you are drawn to. This gives insight into your energy flow throughout the day, what kind of food will be beneficial, which organ’s energy is weak or has too much pressure on it. This all helps you to get an effective treatment and is based on TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Kyoko will then soak your feet in a warm Epsom Salt foot spa.

Then it’s time for a bit of fun! Choose the colour you are drawn to from the Aura-Soma Chakra colour bottles. It will be applied to your feet and hands while you’re tucked up cosily on a reclining chair, with the necessary support to ensure you will be comfortable for the duration of the treatment. Your Reflexology treatment stimulates your whole body’s vital organs by applying pressure on reflex points with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), chakra balancing and Aura-Soma colour essence.

At the end of the session Kyoko will discuss your findings with you, and suggest a course of action to achieve your goals. A warm towel will then be wrapped around your feet to melt all of your tension away! It is bliss!

CASE STUDY 45 y/o MAN
45 year old male presented with right wrist pain, inner arch of foot swelling and cramping, neck and back pain, dorsal side of foot pain.

After the first treatment inner arch of foot swelling had subsided and cramping had disappeared. The right wrist pain also ceased.
After the second treatment there was no pain except for slight tenderness on the dorsal side of the foot.
Four days later all pain had ceased.

Another wonderful result from reflexology!
