Free Midday Reset — Drop-in Meditation (Mon–Thu, 12–2pm, through Dec)
We’re opening our training room as a quiet midday meditation hideaway — your little sanctuary between morning and afternoon. Feel free to drop in and use the space for your own practice (as long as it’s silent). Stay 10–60 minutes, sit in stillness, or do gentle stretches if you like.
When: Mondays–Thursdays, 12:00–2:00pm (through December)
Where: Body & Brain Training Centre, 1/32 Constellation Drive, Rosedale
How it works: Enter quietly. Phones on silent. Personal practice welcome if silent.
Free Community Mindful Class (separate from drop-in)

• Thu 4 Dec, 12:30–1:00pm
(Short guided reset. Beginners welcome.)
