Always boasting a friendly smile and a charming presence, Char has been an integral part of our gym since our debut year in 2022.

A Stevie’s Queen and functional fitness enthusiast (Competed at Hyrox AKL and the recent Inaugural NZ Deadly Dozen race) , Char exemplifies the our way. Train Hard with an uplifting and positive energy, and even laughs at the coaches jokes out of true support, even when there is often radio silence and the joke makes no sense. A true team player.

No nonsense, no complaints, Calming energy amongst the chaos a crewfit or team class can bring. Embodies the jungle mentality, sees the work given. Head down, gets on with it. Due to his busy work commitments he can sometimes miss talk time but can look at the screens, work it out and gets on with it. Truly grateful for Matt staying loyal to us.
