Serratus Posterior Superior (bit of a mouthful) is a small muscle that sits under the rhomboids, between your shoulder blades. It's an assistant breathing muscle as it's attached to the upper ribs, and also stabilises the rib cage. Trigger points can fire under the shoulder blade and down the arm. Massage can help to release them.
Appointments are available in Laingholm this week, Wednesday & Friday.
