Flawless Motion is now stocked in the United Kingdom.

• UK-registered medical device
• Local warehouse distribution
• Faster access for clinicians and athletes

Our focus remains the same — instability-specific design that supports safe progression toward return to sport.

Protection.
Stability.
Confidence.

If you work with contact or overhead athletes managing instability, we’re now locally accessible within the UK.

Instability is not always unilateral.

Some athletes experience bilateral laxity or evolving symptoms over time.

The modular Flex Core system allows:
• Unilateral configuration
• Bilateral configuration
• Adaptability as clinical needs change

Because instability management rarely follows a straight line.

Female athletes are not simply smaller male athletes.

Chest contour, strap tolerance, comfort and fit matter — particularly in high-load sport.

That’s why we developed women-specific models for both anterior and multidirectional instability.

Protection should not mean compromise in comfort or function.

Have you seen female athletes struggle with standard brace designs?

Flawless Motion did not begin as a commercial product.

It began as a clinical problem.

Managing recurrent instability in contact athletes often left a gap between rehabilitation progress and safe return to sport. Early prototypes were restrictive and heavy. Over time, they evolved into lighter, instability-specific systems.

Every design iteration came from real patient need.

Clinical problems require clinical solutions.

This brace was not built in a marketing meeting.

It evolved from years of managing recurrent instability in contact athletes.

From restrictive early prototypes…
To lightweight anterior models…
To modular bilateral systems.

Strength does not always equal stability.

In contact and overhead sport, instability episodes often occur:
• At end range
• Under fatigue
• During unpredictable contact
• At speed

This is the grey zone between rehabilitation and full competition.

Bracing can help reduce exposure while capacity and confidence rebuild.

Protection → Stability → Confidence.

For clinicians and athletes — where do you find the biggest challenge lies: strength or trust?

Shoulder instability is not simply a “support” problem.

It’s a directional control problem.

Most generic shoulder braces provide compression. Compression can feel helpful — but anterior instability requires targeted control in specific positions, particularly under speed, fatigue and contact.

That’s why Flawless Motion braces are designed specifically for anterior and multidirectional instability patterns — not just general shoulder discomfort.

Instability management needs precision.

Have you found compression alone sufficient in contact athletes?

For 20 years, alongside clinical and research work in shoulder instability, I’ve been developing the Flawless Motion Shoulder Brace. It started in 2006 with a thick, heavy brace designed simply to stop a patient redislocating.

Over time, it evolved.

➡️ A lighter anterior version to keep athletes cool while supporting anterior instability.
➡️ A women’s version (because wearing the men’s one while biking was… not ideal 😅).
➡️ A bilateral solution for patients with instability on both sides.
➡️ And now the modular Flex Core — unilateral or bilateral as needs change.

These braces were built to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to play.

Time and time again, patients tell me:
“I just feel more confident with it on.”

Is it movement control? Compression? Reduced threat?
Maybe all of it.

But confidence matters in that grey zone between rehab and competition.

This week marks a milestone.

Flawless Motion UK is now live 🇬🇧

✔️ Flawless Motion UK Ltd established
✔️ Registered UK medical device
✔️ UK warehouse stocked
✔️ Website live

It’s been a much bigger process than I imagined… “just open a UK store” they said 😅

But now UK clinicians and athletes have faster access and local support.

If you manage shoulder instability in contact or overhead athletes and would like more information, feel free to reach out.

For the last 20 years, we have been developing the Flawless Motion Shoulder Braces — this started as a heavy thick restrictive brace to stop dislocation for a patient in 2006, and has morphed into an anterior version to keep athletes cool while they play sport, but support their anterior shoulder instability. We now also have a women’s version in both an anterior and multi directional version, because when I biked in the men’s version they were uncomfortable, (not to mention unflattering:) Then there was a patient with bilateral shoulder instability, and so our design morphed again. Initially with a vest version, and now with the modular Flex Core that can be unilateral or bilateral as patients needs change. We’ve made the braces to mitigate risk of further instability and to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and graded return to play.
Anecdotally, I’ve heard time and time again from patients that they feel more confident with the brace on… I’m not sure if it is the restricted movement, or the compression, or both, but the braces seem to help patients transition from rehab to return to sport.

This week marks a significant milestone.
Our flawlessmotion UK website is finally live. www.flawlessmotion.co.uk
✅The company Flawless Motion UK Ltd is now established.
✅The shoulder braces are registered as a medical device in the UK.
✅UK stock is in warehouse.
✅The website is live and operational.

This has been a carefully structured (and sometimes laborious) process — ensuring regulatory compliance, appropriate distribution, and alignment with clinical practice, and has been much more work than I had imagined… let’s open a UK store they said… it will be easy they said …
But now the website is live, and patients in the UK and Europe can benefit from faster shipping times and better access to the braces.

For those are managing shoulder instability in contact and overhead athletes, early progression often sits in a grey zone: loading is increasing, confidence is still rebuilding, and risk tolerance must be managed.

We developed Flawless Motion braces to sit in that clinical space.

We’re now ready to support UK clinicians and athletes.

If you’re working in this area and would like more information, feel free to reach out. We’re super excited to get this across the line.

This week marks a milestone I never expected when I first started creating shoulder braces for my patients in New Zealand.

Flawless Motion Ltd is now officially incorporated in the United Kingdom. 🇬🇧

This expansion means:
✔️ Faster local delivery
✔️ Better access for clinics
✔️ Stronger collaboration with UK physiotherapists & shoulder surgeons
✔️ The ability to support even more athletes on their way back to confidence and performance

As many of you know, our braces were designed to meet the clinical needs of athletes with shoulder instability — especially who have been underserved by traditional brace designs.

We hope that this will mean that people with a dislocation who need support after their injury, can get our braces quicker with more cost effective shipping as they will be dispatched from the United Kingdom….now to work through the next steps of logistics and tax etc.. keep an eye out for updates in the New Year… we will let you know when we go live.

Thank you to everyone who has believed in this work.
