Born out of frustration with the difficulty of accessing high-quality organic ingredients, too many settle for supermarket raspberry leaf tea—often just sawdust in a bag. This bespoke blend, handcrafted by Rachel, ensures you get only the best organic herbs to support your journey to birth. ✨

Why this blend?
• Raspberry Leaf 🍃 – Traditionally used to tone the uterus and support efficient contractions. Suitable from 28 weeks at 1 cup per day.
• Nettle 🌱 – Rich in iron and minerals for added nourishment.
• Dandelion Leaf 🌼 – Gentle liver support and fluid balance, aligning with Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. In TCM, the Liver system is particularly supported in the third trimester for smooth Qi flow and Blood nourishment.
• Spearmint 🍃 – Added for taste and digestion.

How to take it:
➡️ From 28 to 32 weeks – 1 cup per day
➡️ From 36 weeks – 2 cups per day if prescribed pre-birth herbs from Rachel.
➡️ 3 cups if no other pre-birth herbs are being used.
