With over a decade of experience treating world-class athletes, Stefano joins us from his most recent role as Head Physiotherapist for Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli at the America’s Cup, where he worked alongside the Ferrari F1 medical team to keep sailors at peak performance.
 
He’s also supported top ATP & WTA players like Dominic Thiem and Denis Shapovalov at Grand Slams around the world and now, he’s bringing that same elite-level care to our Ponsonby clinic.

Stretchy Yoga.
Think of Stretchy Yoga as your weekly yoga run club—just with more stretching and less sweating. Each Friday morning, we gather at Bayfield Primary School to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with ourselves and each other.

Every session features a different style of yoga, offering variety and balance to your week. After practice, the connection continues over what we call “Social Stretching”—coffee, matcha, scones, and good chats at .

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned stretcher, every body is welcome. Come for the movement, stay for the magic. We promise it’ll be the highlight of your week.
