This foundational course introduces you to the healing power of Reiki and is the first step on your journey toward deeper Reiki practice and qualifications. It empowers you to use Reiki for self-healing, as well as to support the wellbeing of friends and family.

The core Reiki precepts
Basic hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
