For those of you interested in Premier League football - there is likely to be a heightened risk of injury, particularly to muscles, when matches resume. It demonstrates the importance of injury prevention programs, like the FIFA 11+, Nordic Hamstring and Copenhagen exercise programs

The Premier League returns this week after 100 days of inactivity, but there will be fears among coaches and physios of an increased chance of injury after such a long lay-off.
