Cooking up a storm this festive season?👩‍🍳🎄Here are some tips to keep your kitchen energy efficient.

🍲 Use copper-bottom pots and glass/ceramic dishes. These hold in the heat.
💡 Use small appliances so the oven and stovetop get a breather.
⚡ Keep lids on pots to trap heat and speed things up.
🍠 Fill the oven with veggies while your main dishes cooks.
🥗 Add no-bake sides like salads, crackers, cheese, and charcuterie. 😋

They’ve landed! 🚢🤩 The first turbine tower components for our Kaiwera Downs Stage 2 Wind Farm arrived at South Port NZ last month - a huge milestone for the project.

When completed, Stage 2 will feature 36 turbines manufactured by . When operational, they'll generate around 525 GWh of renewable energy each year, enough to power approximately 73,000 homes ⚡💛

It’s almost the end of Biketober 🚲 Our friends at Big Street Bikers are tuning up bikes for free at 5pm this Friday at The Beer Spot Morningside Locky Dock. 🤩 There will be food trucks to keep you busy while your bike is getting the care and attention it deserves.
