Feeling overwhelmed? It’s that time of year when our nervous system takes a battering and often we reach for supplements, unhealthy snacks or even alcohol and forget that being in nature is one of the biggest stress reducers. So before you reach for that next supplement or that extra beer or glass of wine, try spending 15 minutes outside. It doesn’t have to be at the beach (although that helps).
