March was our birthday month and we held an in store prize draw.

Sometimes the support of our local community overwhelms me. Thank you to everyone who continues to support us during these challenging times. Without your support small local businesses like Max Health will not survive.

Feeling overwhelmed? It’s that time of year when our nervous system takes a battering and often we reach for supplements, unhealthy snacks or even alcohol and forget that being in nature is one of the biggest stress reducers. So before you reach for that next supplement or that extra beer or glass of wine, try spending 15 minutes outside. It doesn’t have to be at the beach (although that helps). Just 15 minutes a day can help ground you and start to reset your nervous system.
