Classes resume again on Tuesday 6th January 2026, with only one class difference from 2025 🔆

2026 Class Timetable:
🔱 Tuesday 4-5:30pm
LED OPEN
(Beginners & new students welcome)

🔱 Thursday 4-5:45pm
INDIVIDUAL SĀDHANĀ

🔱 Saturday 9-10:45am
INDIVIDUAL SĀDHANĀ

🔱 Saturday 11am-1pm
LED GENERAL
(Experience with Shadow Yoga required)

🌟Thursday 8th there will be one last 5:45-7pm Led Intro/Therapy/Beginners class.
Sadly due to high rent and low numbers, I will be cancelling this class in 2026.
Tuesday 4pm will be an Open Class which Beginners can attend, and I will run a 8 week Beginners course at Woodhill 11th February - 1st April.

If you are interested in the Woodhill Wednesday Course let me know, and if you have a preference for timing, either late morning 10:30am or early evening 6pm.
