I have specialised in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy with experience and a passion for both adult and paediatric respiratory care. No home gym? No excuses! Exercise is so important for the health of your lungs (as well as our mental health during this time!!) Lock down doesn’t mean you lock yourself in your house. A little reminder for anyone with a chronic lung condition such as Asthma, bronchiectasis or COPD. You will likely have questions about managing your condition with COVID-19. Follow the ministry of health (MoH) guidelines on their website (see below) and contact healthline on 0800 358 5453 with any questions.

Continue to take your prescribed inhalers/ medication as directed by your GP.
