Hi All :) By now you've probably heard about The "Paleo Diet"

At that point you probably though no way that sounds boring and restricting. However, today we are going to clarify and investigate the Paleo way of living in more depth, you've probably heard the saying "Oh it's like eating like a caveman" Does that sound tasty and delicious to you? Not really ha!? Well lets say the simple way to explain Paleo is clean eating, eating foods that are natural and organic.

Do you need more motivation to workout and get in shape?

Because we are going to clarifying our "Why" our "Motive" the reason behind our goals and how to create motivation.

This is similar to what makes you get out of bed in the morning.
What drives you to do what you have to do daily, whether you get up early to go to work, or you run a business and you have to open up early? Or you have to get up early to your family?

Today our focus is the "motive" or our reason "why" we want to achieve big goals in life, yet we sometimes forget about them. Have you set a goal for yourself many years ago and you've never gotten around to? Okay it could be one of those life goals you've put in the back blocks of your mind, on the other hand it could be a goal you know you should have started on like "I need to get more active because I've gained extra kg's or lbs" Whatever the goal is, today we are looking for the reason why you want to achieve it and how that can keep us motivated to take the small steps to making our goal a reality!
Here are our simple steps for today.
1) Think about the goal you set for yourself in our "take one step" challenge
2) Think about why you want to achieve this goal. Take a few minutes to establish your reason, think about how important the goal is to you.
3) Once you have the "why" your "motive" clear in your mind, ask yourself will the reason keep you going no matter what may come across your path on a day to day basis?
The reason needs to compel you to do it even when times get hard.
4) Your "Why" or "Motive" should be compelling! Once you know that your why is substantial enough to drive and pull you through any bad times and good times. You have hit the nail on the head and established your "why".

Following are 2 examples:
"I am doing this for my family, if I am healthy I will be able to contribute fully to my kids, my family, my husband, boyfriend, partner etc.
"I am doing this to stay healthy, fit and well to make sure I live a full and happy life".

Okay now go and take a few minutes for yourself, sit outside, or in a quiet spot in your home, if you like to write take a note book and simply jot down your "why/motive". You may have a few reason's that get you focused and charged to keep taking those small steps! Write them all down and work out which one is the most important and hold that in your mind and when you need some motivation, focus on your “why” and let it guide you to take another step toward your goal!

All to often we are pressured by media and social views to follow the latest trends in dieting and exercise. However here is a good perspective to take on board. Rather than falling victim to trends in diet and exercise, think of yourself as an "athlete of life" being able to endure everything life has planned for you each day, the key is to train smart and eat as healthy as possible and include as much
green vegetables as you can to alkalize your blood 😊 ☺

Hi Fuzion Fit People! :)

I hope you are having a great week and you’ve managed to take a step, or several steps toward your goals.

This picture is to remind us that small steps are what make up the bigger goals in life, that no matter what comes across your path you must keep stepping out the plan, even if you get side tracked for a minute or a day or two days. You can always get back on track,toward your goals! Always remember no matter what happens in life never forget what it is that you want to achieve, and never stop taking action to make it happen!

Whether your dream is to lose, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg or more? Perhaps you just want to feel good and look good in your own skin? Or perhaps it’s a different dream you’ve always wanted to achieve but haven’t done anything about it?

Remember It’s never to late to start, You’re never to old to get moving.

The number one tip for today is take a small step toward your goal. You maybe saying what am I going to do? and how am I going to do this?

1) Think about one of the things that you have on your “should do list” you know the things that you put off for when you have enough time, when you take a holiday, when you’ve got more time, when the kids aren’t at home, when your partner or husband goes away, when the semester finishes. We all have these reason’s why we keep putting our “shoulds” on the back burner.

2)Now that you have your “shoulds” in your mind
Choose one that you’d like to start on today!

3) Now think of one small step you can take to get you closer to your make your Should a Must!
Go and do that one thing that will take you one step closer to the “Should” that is now a “Must”!
Remember one small step at a time can equal a massive difference in 3, 6, or even 12 months time!

Now go and do your one action now! don’t waste your time saying “I should, but….”? stop procrastinating and go and take one small action toward your goal!
