Hi Fuzion Fit People! :)
I hope you are having a great week and you’ve managed to take a step, or several steps toward your goals.
This picture is to remind us that small steps are what make up the bigger goals in life, that no matter what comes across your path you must keep stepping out the plan, even if you get side tracked for a minute or a day or two days. You can always get back on track,toward your goals! Always remember no matter what happens in life never forget what it is that you want to achieve, and never stop taking action to make it happen!
Whether your dream is to lose, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg or more? Perhaps you just want to feel good and look good in your own skin? Or perhaps it’s a different dream you’ve always wanted to achieve but haven’t done anything about it?
Remember It’s never to late to start, You’re never to old to get moving.
The number one tip for today is take a small step toward your goal. You maybe saying what am I going to do? and how am I going to do this?
1) Think about one of the things that you have on your “should do list” you know the things that you put off for when you have enough time, when you take a holiday, when you’ve got more time, when the kids aren’t at home, when your partner or husband goes away, when the semester finishes. We all have these reason’s why we keep putting our “shoulds” on the back burner.
2)Now that you have your “shoulds” in your mind
Choose one that you’d like to start on today!
3) Now think of one small step you can take to get you closer to your make your Should a Must!
Go and do that one thing that will take you one step closer to the “Should” that is now a “Must”!
Remember one small step at a time can equal a massive difference in 3, 6, or even 12 months time!
Now go and do your one action now! don’t waste your time saying “I should, but….”? stop procrastinating and go and take one small action toward your goal!
