Pilates has the ability to change the muscle system in the body, alleviating aches, pains, and rehabilitating injury brought upon by postural dysfunction. Pilates also lowers body fat, Improves muscle tone, promotes relaxation and develops focus & "Awareness" of the body. Studies are showing, the more you focus and the better you know your body, the quicker and more potent the results. Pilates abides by the Postural Principles, which brings about the positive changes within the body to be able to move freely, efficiently, and without aches or pain
