Mila graduated from her undergraduate degree at AUT in 2006. With a burning passion for female sports performance and rehabilitation, she pursued further education and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Currently, Mila is dedicatedly pursuing her Master’s degree.

Throughout her career, she served as the esteemed team physiotherapist for South Korea 🇰🇷 in 2016 at the Rio Olympics and in 2019.

Mila’s experience have also led her to develop a keen interest in pelvic health, with a strong focus on assisting individuals in reclaiming their pre-pregnancy lifestyle and sports

Simon is our clinic director, leading a team of highly experienced physiotherapists and acupuncturists. He completed his physio Degree in 2016 and his Master’s Degree in 2022, majoring in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

Simon is capable of treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions ranging from simple sprains to complex chronic pain.

Simon has a special interest in treating golfing injuries and holds the Medical level-3 certificate provided by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). He personally enjoys playing golf too and loves going for fishing 🎣 in his leisure time.
