Behind our team is a group of amazing women! So for international women’s day I just wanted to acknowledge them and shout from the rooftops how grateful I am to work, and life live alongside them!

ONFORM has 22 outstanding women - so I can’t quite fit them all into these pics! But I celebrate them all today - because ONFORM is an entirely epic place because of the way they lead, create, inspire, uplift, encourage, challenge and empower us all!

You guys! Mums and Bubs is back!

All you mamas and bubba’s can check it out starting next Tuesday 20th January 10:30am at our St Johns studio.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a class you can bring bubba to, designed to help strengthen and move your body, with layers to progress you as and when you are ready.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As long as you have your LMC’s ok to exercise you can join in. A general guide is 6 weeks post Vbirth, and 8-12 weeks post C-section, but we are all individual. :)

Suitable for non-crawling babies, so we can keep little bodies safe too. (Or if you have an early mover you are welcome to bring your playpen or porta cot. We have the space!)

We’re so excited to welcome Alicia Rob to the ONFORM team. Alicia is a NZ registered Physiotherapist with a background in Exercise Science and Psychology. She has always had a passion and curiosity for movement and physiology. She found Reformer Pilates initially as a way to complement her running and sports and quickly fell in love with it. She has also completed a 200 hour power yoga teacher training.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, cooking, reading, socialising with friends, and doing anything outdoors!

As both an Instructor and a Physiotherapist, she views Pilates as an incredible, accessible, and highly effective form of exercise for building strength, resilience, and flexibility. She also deeply values the sense of community that comes with teaching.

Alicia will be teaching alternating Saturday classes at Kohi, alongside Simone Lewis, starting on the 10th of January! You can book in with her now! With more classes to come at both Kohi and St Johns. She’ll be available for Physiotherapy consultations on the 9th of February.

Our Story

ONFORM Pilates is a Pilates studio and Physio Clinic, at 3 Eltham Rd, Kohimarama, Auckland. We are part of ONFORM Physio and offer mat (at our private St Heliers Studio) and Reformer equipment classes and private sessions to help you restore, transform, and learn quality movement. We keep our classes small so we can focus on helping you learn the principals, progress your movement and technique. Our classes combine Pilates exercises, breathing, strength work, balance work, and stretching. We always have a warm up time at the beginning of our classes, keep our movement flowing one into the next and challenge ourselves safely. We have zero tolerance to pain, and work within Pilates principals to minimize any tension while building endurance for the exercises. Increase your strength, improve your balance and coordination, tone, core control, flexibility, and breathing.keep our movements slow and controlled to target our deep stabilizing muscles, creating a strong core, balance and flexibility.
