Chantal Organics Tamari Soy Sauce
Wheat-free variety of fermented soy sauce. Traditionally used in Japanese cuisine, Tamari is darker in colour than Shoyu with a rich, smooth and deep salty taste. It's an effective flavour enhancer and makes a tasty marinade for meat and vegetables, addition to stirfries and Asian style rice dishes, and a dipping sauce for sushi.
