Progress & Wobbles Over Perfection — That’s How You Win Long Term

I had a great chat with one of our members today and it reminded me of something we all need to hear from time to time…

When it comes to getting stronger, fitter, or eating better — it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being a little bit better than last week. That’s it.

💪 For your workouts:
You don’t need to crush every session or set a new PB every time. Just focus on consistency and a small improvement — maybe one extra rep, slightly better form, or adding a touch more weight. Over time, that’s what transforms your body.

🍳 For your nutrition:
The same rule applies. If your protein target is 180g but you’re currently at 100g, hitting 120g is a win. Build on that. Progress slowly, and before you know it, you’ll be right where you need to be.

Remember, this is a journey of progression, not perfection.
Small, steady steps always beat going all-in and burning out.
