ONE Exercise to Build Complete Core Strength After 50 (You will Love this)

If you're over 50, there's a simple banded core exercise almost nobody does, but it's the key to a stronger core & better day to day strength and And best of all, it only takes a few minutes 3 times a week

In today's video, I'm going to show you what it is and how to do it safely at home with just a resistance band.

To train the core most people use good old fashioned crunches, or planks and end up with pain in their necks or lower backs and they never get the true benefit of the exercise.

But what we want is to hit every function of the core muscles in one move to save you time and remove any chance of injury. And in fact as soon as you get into position you fee your whole core light up immediately.

The exercise is the seated Palofpress and Knee lift .

You core moves in a couple of ways it flexes your abs, it rotates and stabilises your body and it lifts your legs
