A big welcome to Anneliese 💐 our new teacher for Sunday morning Hatha and Meditation! Starting this Sunday, the 5th April 🙏

Trained in the traditional apprenticeship model, Anneliese began her journey in a small yoga studio grounded in a powerful lineage of yogis. She went on to complete a two-year Diploma in Yoga Studies and has since taught a wide range of yoga styles.

Anneliese is a diverse somatic practitioner and teacher who has dedicated her life to the study of yoga, Pilates, meditation, and dance. She brings intelligence, humour, and a deeply regulated presence to all of her classes.

She loves her work and her students, offering permission in every breath—to rise into one’s potential, and to soften into one’s natural, organic pace.

Candice will be running a free breathwork community class on March 7th, 1:30pm! 😮‍💨🧘‍♀️

Candice is a certified Breathing Instructor specializing in the Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage Methods (trained under Patrick McKeown) and the Breathology Method (trained under champion free diver Stig Severinsen).

Her teaching is grounded in her personal health journey, which led her to discover that the systematic practice of breathing less, lower, and slower was instrumental in managing her own chronic health challenges and improving her quality of life. With a professional background that includes a Master’s in Technology and corporate experience, she is keenly aware of how chronic stress, burnout, and the demands of modern life impact the nervous system. Her goal is to empower clients to use their breath as a powerful, reliable tool to connect with their body and cultivate inner peace.
