We love sensory play, here is some coloured spaghetti our previous OT Hayley made for work with her client!
So cool and worked tactile processing to reduce sensitivities to different textures, starting small. So fun!!

This year may look a little different, as mentioned in previous video and posts we will be having a pause of offering OT in person sessions while I am on maternity leave, however we do have online therapy available with Arzeen and also are able to offer home and school programmes. I will be back to a capacity of work September 2024, and although I am saddened to pause the business for some time I am welcoming the journey to raise our pepi (baby) and become a Mum!

I am still working to March 8th 2024 and am offering Assessments and intervention for the 8 weeks, so if you are thinking of OT services contact us now to book in your spaces!! There will also be an amazing deal for OT Assessments coming soon, so stay tuned!!

2023 in review, each year we set goals for what we hope to achieve in the year and here is our goals for 2023 and how we did as a service. The picture collages also provide some information, including all the webinars and community services and resources we offered this year, our Foundations for Development Bundle is still on offer https://www.connecting-together.co.nz/resources ; showing our new swing beam to maximum space for therapy including
- feeding
- gross motor skills
- sensory integration
And I also traveled to Europe, shared our pregnancy and end of the year we had Hayley our full time OT finish with us. We thank her dearly for all she has done for Connecting Together. We enjoyed a Christmas function at an escape room and dinner together with Simply Speaking SLT
What a year! Thanks to all that supported Connecting Together and to all our clients and whanau, we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you all
