Next week is November, and Men's Health Awareness Month - otherwise known as Movember! 🧔

Well it might be harder to see these thick and fluffy moustaches this year due to our face coverings, but that doesn't mean you can't still support this meaningful cause. 😷🥰

How will you show your support this November? Make a donation to someone with a moustache? Or simply reach out to a male friend and talk to them about their concerns and struggles?

It's one week to Mo. Tell your mates and reign in any stragglers.

Let's Mo. Together.

It is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Ormiston Hospital staff have kindly raised $100 to donate to The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation. It is not just a time to raise funds but to time to raise awareness of this health issue that affects one in nine kiwi women. 🎀

It is essential to get regular checks and having a mammogram is easy! Women aged between 45 to 69 years are eligible for free screening and should get checked every two years. If that is you, don't put it off! When was the last time you, or someone you loved got checked?
