Yoga isn’t about touching your toes; it’s about what you learn on the way down. This course offers a slow-paced, safe, and encouraging space to learn the ropes from the ground up. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more mobile, and completely comfortable in your practice.

We will examine beliefs and identities, and better see how addressing them moves us forward with goals we actually want. We will then look into systems that automate the process.

Your baby is finding their independence, and your yoga practice is evolving right alongside them. Our Crawlers Yoga course is designed to support this active developmental stage through:

Gentle stretching and strengthening for caregivers.

Interactive play to engage your baby’s curiosity.

Community time with fellow parents navigating the “on-the-move” phase.
