Strive Community Trust Tāne Toā

A men’s-only event for their staff designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for open talanoa about mental health and wellbeing while also celebrating their male employees. The focus is on encouraging dialogue, sharing experiences, and fostering a sense of community among men, with an emphasis on cultural respect and holistic health. We are grateful to Strive for inviting us to be part of this important kaupapa.

🌺 It Takes a Village 🌺

We were privileged to be invited to a special event: “It Takes a Village: Highlighting Collective Efforts to Increase Pacific Immunisations” where the Minister of Health, Hon. Simeon Brown acknowledged the efforts of Pasifika Healthcare Providers in achieving a 10% increase in immunisation rates over the past year. This event was attended by our Community Services Manager, Esmay Mulipola, who has been leading the charge for us at Baderdrive Community Trust in this space, and Chris Faiva, our Kaiawhina. Congratulations and Malo lava to the team at BDCT and all Healthcare providers involved in achieving this milestone

Saturday Shot O'clock started off with a 💥 and will continue running EVERY Saturday until the end of September 😄

We will be running our Shot O'Clock Clinic every Saturday until the end of September for YOU, the community, to come and get your vaccines done 😎 A great chance to get up to date with your babies' Immunisations, Covid vaccines are still available, Flu & MMR shots too :)
