On site yoga for your convenience, I am able to teach yoga at comfort of your own home, or at your workplace. (level 5 NZQA qualifies, Diploma in yoga)

I am able to do one on one session or a group session. Pricing:
1 on 1 session - $75
Group session - $15 per person
(Minimum of 5 person or more in a group)

Just a quick reminder here ......

Your practice doesn’t need to be fancy, professional, flexible or strong 💪🏻 your practice should only be anything that you body asking for. Even just simply doing butterfly 🦋 (second picture)

Remember no yoga is better than another, each benefit in its own way. Please listen to your body and moves them mindfully, choose whatever best for your own practice 🙏

Hi everyone 🙏 since the city have been lockdown we are now have so much time to reflect and deepen our practice 🧘‍♀️ Today I just wanna show you guys the easy step how to do BAKASANA (crow pose) one of my favourite arms balance 💪🏻

1. Get in to a deep yoga squat,toes slightly turned out,heels on the ground.

2. With your arms between your knees, plant your hands on the ground,shoulder-width apart, elbows pulled in near the side of your body.

3. Transition in to the the balls of your feet, lifting you butt in to the air and walk your feet close to your body until you can fit your knees into the spaces created by your armpits.

4. Shift your weight forward towards your fingertips ... then * float your toes up in to the air,keeping your gaze directed at the mat* . Aim to hold the post for few seconds,gradually adding time as your body grows stronger.


During this tough time .... please remember to be kind, be gentle,non judgemental to yourself and to others. ☮️
