I was asked a simple but powerful question today - If my tinnitus does not bother me, do I need to do anything?

The answer is simple - NO, unless you are also experiencing hearing loss. If you are then we recommend getting a hearing test from your local audiologist.

We also often get asked - will my tinnitus make my hearing loss worse. Again the answer is no. Although many people have both tinnitus and hearing loss. Tinnitus does not cause hearing loss.
