There is beauty and strength in keeping things simple.
Going back to basics. So we can feel empowered rather than feeling stuck getting lost with all the trends.

I love empowering my clients, giving the tools so everyone can make the right decisions for their own body and their unique life.

I know we are all overwhelmed with the latest trends and tips etc.. but let’s trust ourselves again!

Here is what I teach:

✅ practical nutrition you can adapt to your family, your schedule, your life

✅ movement that challenges you but leaves you energised-not depleted. And yes it does help with your body composition 😉

✅mindfulness practices that calm your nervous system. Sitting while you eat. Gratitude, prayer, breathing. Whatever resonates with YOU.

Because when our mind is calm, our body can feel safe.

I create a support system.

But YOU do the work.
YOU make it yours.
YOU feel good again.

That’s back to basics. Feeling empowered 🤩

As a mum of 3, I know we don’t have time for complicated and I find calmness in simplicity and peace of mind.

So I give you the tools, the guidance and the support. Then you adapt it to YOUR life ❤️ it’s liberating, freeing and best of all - you can see and feel the results!

I’ve been quiet. School holidays, family being sick… life happened.

But it gave me something valuable: space to step back from the noise and remember what actually matters.

Going back to basics.

Real, nourishing food that feels good. Consistent, mindful movement that energises you, not depletes you.

As I grow in this work, I’m less interested in trends and more focused on what’s always worked: listening to your body, honouring what it needs, and creating sustainable habits you can actually maintain.

That’s why in my classes, we focus on FORM - but always with music, so you’re moving to the beat and feeling GOOD. Because movement should feel joyful, not punishing.

That’s why in my nutrition coaching, we focus on real foods and sustainable habits - no restrictions, no extremes. Just helping you feel like yourself again.

Classes:
Mon, Tue, Fri 9:15am - 10:15
Private classes available

Whether you need movement or nutrition support (or both!), I’m here. Let’s go back to basics together.

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is slow down. Sometimes the most mindful thing is to challenge ourselves. It’s about finding that push and pull that works for our body, our life, our season.

As women over 40, we’re constantly bombarded with conflicting fitness and nutrition advice. Go harder, lift heavier, endless confusion about whether cardio is good or bad, and don’t even get me started on the diet trends that change faster than the weather.

But here’s what I’ve learned through my own journey and working with amazing women: our bodies are wise. They know when we need to push and when we need to pull back.
Some days we lift heavier weights and challenge ourselves. Other days we focus on balance work, mobility, and breath.
Some days we need that cardio burst for our heart health. Other days we need gentle movement that honours where we are.

This mindfulness extends beyond movement into how we nourish ourselves. Taking time to sit down for meals, even when life is rushing around us.
Preparing food like we’re painting a beautiful picture. Bringing old wisdom into our modern, busy lives.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about finding that balance between strength and grace, between challenging ourselves and listening deeply to what our body actually needs.

That’s what I teach - not the noise, but the wisdom of listening to what you actually need. Because sometimes the most revolutionary thing we can do is trust ourselves.

If you’re tired of the confusion and ready to move and eat with intention, I’d love to support you on this journey.

Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t physical - it’s learning to calm your nervous system and work WITH your body instead of against it.

Looking at this old photo with my boys, I remember that season so clearly. It was totally normal - grabbing food on the go, intense workouts when I had energy, running on pure adrenaline. Survival mode was activated, and honestly, that’s what I needed then.

But here’s what I’ve learned: many women are still living in that activated state - for different reasons. Work stress, life transitions, health challenges, family pressures. Your nervous system doesn’t know the difference.

The shift for me wasn’t about the kids growing up. It was about learning to calm my nervous system, eat with intention, and move my body in ways that served me rather than exhausted me.

Why celebrities get results (and it’s not the case for the rest of us) ⭐

It’s not their personal chef or expensive supplements.

It’s having a qualified nutrition coach who actually understands their lifestyle guiding them every step of the way.

That’s why I’m launching something I’ve never offered before:

My Midlife Nutrition Kickstart - where you get ME as your nutrition coach, not just another meal plan you’ll abandon by week 2.

This isn’t automated. These aren’t generic nutrition plans.

This is:
✨ 90-minute nutrition consultation with ME
✨ 7-day personalised nutrition plan designed for YOUR life
✨ Weekly exercise plan tailored to your needs
✨ Lifestyle recommendations that actually fit your schedule
✨ WhatsApp access for nutrition support when you need it
✨ A nutrition coach who is excited to see you succeed

Because here’s the truth: Information isn’t transformation. Having a nutrition coach in your corner who understands your busy mum life? That changes everything!

Easy wins my nutrition coaching clients achieve that actually change how you FEEL (and how your clothes fit) ✨

These small shifts create big changes in energy, bloating, and body composition:

1️⃣ Ditch extreme fasting - opt for 12-13 hour overnight fast instead. No post-dinner snacking. That’s it. Less stress on your body, better results.

2️⃣ Protein is having a moment - but don’t neglect fiber & polyphenols! Think fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds alongside your protein. Hello, better digestion and sustained energy.

3️⃣ Time your carbs - starchy vegetables around workouts, non-starchy the rest of the time. Your body uses them as fuel, not storage.

4️⃣ Move mindfully - but that’s a whole other post 😉

My clients notice: less afternoon energy crashes, reduced bloating, better sleep, and clothes fitting differently - all within weeks.

As a nutrition coach, this is where I help - turning these principles into YOUR personalized plan that fits your real life and gets you real results.

Which change would make the biggest difference to how you feel right now?

Why I don’t ask you to lift super heavy (and what we do instead) 💪

We are bombarded as women to “lift heavy”, I agree add weights but within reason. Let’s talk about what your body actually needs.

My training taught me that control beats intensity every time. Here’s my approach:

✨Slow controlled strength- I’d rather you lift 2-3 kg with perfect form
✨Side to side movement - because life isn’t just forward and back
✨Balance work - your future self will thank you
✨Quick cardio bursts- heart health without burnout
✨Mobility that flows - there’s no strength without it

Your heavy is not my heavy. And that’s exactly the point. Let’s listen to our bodies all while challenging it.

This is where I can help you as a movement specialist- teaching you to train for the life you want to live.

Real life nutrition: Working with what’s in the fridge 🥗

I opened my fridge and found: leftover roasted veggies from last night, some smoked salmon, rocket, cherry tomatoes, and boiled eggs.

Instead of stressing about the “perfect” meal, I just asked myself: “How can I make this work for my body?”

✅ Added protein (salmon - about palm-sized)
✅ Used up leftovers (sustainability wins)
✅ Got my colors in (anti-inflammatory bonus)
✅ Made it taste good (the real secret!)

This is what nutrition coaching actually looks like - not perfect meal prep photos, but real solutions for real fridges and real busy lives.

Whether you’re at home raiding leftovers or in the office with whatever you packed, the question is always the same: “How can I make this work better for me?”

**This is where I can help as a nutrition coach** - teaching you to see opportunities instead of obstacles, to work with what you have instead of stressing about what you don’t, so you can reach your health and body goals.

Ready to stop overthinking meals and start making them work for you?

Lessons from Umbria: Finding harmony in movement and nourishment 🇮🇹

These photos capture something we should all understand about true wellness.

For three weeks, I stepped away from my structured exercise routine and instead did gentle 25-30 minute movements each morning, facing the rolling Umbrian hills. I indulged in pasta, shared long meals with wine, and embraced the slower pace of Mediterranean living.

And you know what? I came back feeling more energised than ever.

Here’s what this taught me as both a nutrition coach and movement instructor:

✨ **Gentle consistency beats intense restriction** - Those daily morning stretches were more restorative than any high-intensity workout

✨ **Pleasure and nourishment can coexist** - The fresh tomatoes, olive oil, and yes, even the gelato, all had their place in true wellness

✨ **Structure gives us freedom** - Having healthy foundations means we can indulge mindfully without guilt or consequences

✨ **Movement doesn’t have to be “exercise”** - Walking cobblestone streets and stretching in nature reminded me that our bodies crave variety

✨ **Strong foundations welcome breaks** - Now that I’m back to my normal class routine and adding weights again, my body feels ready and eager. When we build solid habits, our bodies actually thrive during breaks and return stronger.

The Mediterranean way isn’t about perfection - it’s about harmony. When we allow both pleasure and nourishment, restriction and freedom, structure and spontaneity, we find sustainable wellness.

Being healthy isn’t about saying no to life’s pleasures. It’s about creating a foundation strong enough to support them - and strong enough to come back to after life’s beautiful detours.

If you’re ready to build that foundation together, come join my classes. Let’s create the strength that allows us to truly enjoy the breaks along the way 💪
