HOW KINESIOLOGY WORKS:
The Kinesiology Practioners Accreditation Board describe Kinesiology as follows:

"Kinesiology is defined primarily as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, emotional or other energy, to establish the body’s priority healing needs, and to evaluate energy changes brought about by a broad spectrum of both manual and non-manual therapeutic procedures." Kinesiology is individual to the client’s problems, issues, blocks and life experiences. Each individual is approached holistically addressing the three key elements, namely:

1. Physical / structural
2. Mental / emotional / spiritual
3. Biochemical (food, pollution, stress etc)

The focus is on finding and alleviating the causes behind the symptoms. Once the cause is identified through muscle testing, different processes are used to remove the related stresses and the body and mind are free to heal. A Kinesiologist does this by using muscle testing which is a biofeedback mechanism to “read” what is going on within the individual as a whole. Thus, a Kinesiologist does not diagnose but communicates with the body/being to detect the priorities and needs for healing each individual. Everything you have experienced through your entire life is stored in what is called cellular/muscle memory. Also stored with the experiences are the related emotions and stresses that occur simultaneously. Muscle testing obtains a neurological response that leads to the source or trigger of the problem and in turn directs to the solutions to correct the ‘imbalances’ in the body.

I’ve been working a lot lately on parts of myself that aren’t able to feel unconditional love. I’m now finding that I can reach higher levels of Love, that I’ve never felt before, which has been absolutely amazing and also blimmim scary. The more that you love the more vulnerable and open you can feel and the more that you may seek assurance that you are safe to receive. These high levels of love is a process and a journey of gentleness. Of keeping on expanding yourself and your heart to take in more and more love frequency, with so many depths of emotions that deserve to be seen and felt and held.

I used to have the Belief System that I’m not worthy. That I’m not deserving of happiness. That things would always happen to me to take it away.
First I started by witnessing. Witnessing my behaviour and noticing when I would create a drama that would take away that good feeling.
I kept witnessing and witnessing the lack of self love. 😯
Belief systems are created when you are young. Did you ever have a parent leave you? Maybe in divorce or even being left behind in a shopping mall (I remember this happening to me, as well as my mother leaving when I was 5 years old).
This is what creates that deep feeling of not being wanted.
Kinesiology tapping saved me. I got better and better at recognising when belief systems were playing out and started tapping out my beliefs. It changed my life. 😎 ☀️

Had a wonderful session with a client today and had some amazing wisdom come through from my guides. In particular today, the Arcturians.

When it comes to timeline shifts at the moment, there are always multiple possible outcomes and you choose.

We are in the place now of total sovereignty in our choices and what we feel is right. Our guides are here to teach us and guide us, however, we are more and more stepping into the completeness of who we are as a race and that includes over our choices. There are always multiple outcomes available to get you to where you need to go for your purpose and your desires. You choose. There is no right and wrong.

When you are always seeking and asking and looking for validation outside of yourself, this is where the issues lie. It is always about how you feel. You don’t have to ask because you already know. It is then up to you to decide, take action and move towards this.

My guides also spoke about an exciting new way that is coming forward to market ourselves without being glued to social media. This is being revealed and there are many incredible light leaders that are lighting the way here.

Also, my client asked about the economy at the moment and it was interesting to feel how much lack is in the world. It really is a huge mindset around abundance and flow. A lot of people and businesses are holding onto their money in fear of lack, however, what the world needs is flow and people to spend and receive it back as there is plenty for everyone, it is just hiding under lack and fear. Perception is huge.

How’s everyone feeling with this eclipse coming up? 🌘

So much is rising to be seen and transmuted, but I’m definitely feeling that the energy is so much lighter — and full of Love — compared to the build-up to the full moon a few weeks ago! 💗

I’ll be working deeply on shifting old patterns, especially around self-blame and the fear of making mistakes. I’ve realised that the more I sit in self-blame, the more I create situations to blame myself for! This has been a massive pattern of mine over the years — sitting in the mistakes I’ve made rather than the miracles that are happening all around me ✨

It really is a constant practice of managing the mind and not letting it spiral. But when it does spiral… wow, it spirals. If I’m not grounded and energetically secure, it gets louder.

Working with the parts of you that feel unsafe or reactive is such a powerful way to ease the inner protector — the one that thinks focusing on what’s “wrong” will somehow keep you safe or help you grow.

I’ve been diving deep into Internal Family Systems and Parts Work, and I’m so excited to start weaving this into my Kinesiology sessions.

I’ve worked with the inner child for years, and now bringing love and forgiveness to the parts of us that sabotage progress feels like such a powerful way forward — especially when sitting in self-blame.

🌍 Did you know that Mother Earth helps with all of creation?
Yesterday, while sitting under a beautiful tree in a stunning park in Rome, she spoke to me. 🌳

This past week, when I practiced my usual creation techniques, I was shown a new way of creating:
🔹 First — don’t visualise too much
🔹 Second — focus on the FEELING!

In trance, I’m always given one feeling to centre on — trust, knowing, calm, excitement, joy, love… something powerful to:

1. Reframe my nervous system into a new way of being

2. Create a feeling in my body that, when practiced daily, becomes my norm

This is true surrender. It allows you to trust what’s to come — not with force, but with flow. You can still use a visual to lock it in… but it’s not the focus.

After I sit with this feeling, I’m guided to ground it into the Earth — like planting a seed 🌱 and letting it grow.

🌀 The purpose of this is to truly let Mother Earth assist in the creation process.

The other day, just holding a flower healed my solar plexus. Its intelligence knew exactly what I needed — no effort was needed.

When we hold a feeling in trance, we create a toroidal field of energy around us — linking to the frequency of creation around the earth. 🌐 And grounding this into the Earth means planting your desires directly into the Queen 👸🏼 of creation herself.

Who’s feeling these energies atm? Leading up the the full moon, we are shifting out of anything that is keeping us stuck. Old patterns, deep dark secrets, things you have been hiding from yourself. It’s time to let go and bring in the peace. Sit with yourself, be with yourself.

As I master working with my emotions and nervous system, less time is spent in alchemy and more time is spent with just sitting and being with my emotions. No longer can I push them away and shift them without feeling them first. Now is the time to transmute via feeling, knowing, trusting and loving.

I always find the next day after a big release, I feel a bit scattered and over thinking and I need to be extra gentle on myself and allow time for integration. Be there for yourself ♥️💗

So many things shifting my loves. Hang on for the ride. Trust is the biggest gift we can give ourselves. Especially trust in what’s to come ♥️

I had an amazing Kinesiology & Sentaura Healing client yesterday, and we spoke about Believing in yourself. 💫

I mean, what does that even mean? 🤷‍♀️ It's so easy to say "I believe in myself," but if you don't BELIEVE IT, then it doesn't really mean anything! And it can also be so broad, right? I mean, believing in what?! 🙅‍♀️

When I asked spirit what believing in yourself actually meant, the answer was simple yet profound:
VALUE AND WORTH. 💖✨

Believing in yourself = how you feel and think about your value, what you have to offer, and how worthy you feel of receiving the benefits of who you truly are! This is the number one thing to sit with if you want to up your game and go bigger! 💪🔥

We also discussed how to attract abundance in your life, and more specifically, how to attract the right people and the right money – which is a sh*t load! 💰

Have you ever been in a situation where everything is flowing so amazingly, and you totally get how it works? 😍 You're in your divine feminine flow, and things just come to you effortlessly. 🌸 Opportunities just show up in the most positive and amazing way! 🌟

And then... it stops!! 😱 You’re like, "What the heck?!" Some belief system or sabotage creeps in, and suddenly you feel like you're in lack again. The more you feel the need, the deeper you go! How do you get out of that?!

Well, that’s a great question... because I think this happens to most people lately – this to-ing and fro-ing as we move through our stuff and step into more of who we truly are. We’re in higher dimensions, and because of this, stuff comes up for us to look at that doesn’t match the frequency. 💫 I know I’ve been feeling up and down the past few weeks! 😅

So... what can we do about it? 🤔
Here’s what my team of guides say:

🔹 Don't take it personally.
It's easy to go into the “what did I do wrong” mindset and make it all mean something about you. Then your worth and value drop, and so does your belief in yourself.

🔹 Ask for assistance – it will come!
It’s always something different. A person may come to you, you might read something, or something will become very obvious in a real way.

🔹 Come from a place of non-judgement, non-attachment, and equanimity.
Be fair to yourself. There is no right or wrong.

🔹 Deal with the belief or sabotage with love and compassion.
Sit with it, shift it, trust it, and know it will shift because it's not you!!

🔹 You are abundant and magnificent.
Know that nothing uncomfortable lasts!! ✨
