Our Story

It has been 10 years since the dream of opening a holistic physio clinic was realised. Return to Form started because Zee believes and understands that physio is not just about stopping the pain. It's about empowering people to get back to a full life, including work, play and sport. For Zee, a physiotherapy degree came naturally to her and opening a clinic where different specialists are under one roof and can cross-refer was a long-term vision.

Today, Return to Form has an awesome team and helps people with “under the belt problems”, all kind of injuries and cancer rehabilitation. Some of the most important work the team does is to educate people to prevent injuries rather than just “fixing” them. Pilates and Yoga are available at the clinic too.
