Men are getting filler too. You just can’t tell.

It’s not about looking “done” - it’s about looking less tired, more put together.

Send this to a man who needs a quiet refresh.

All medical devices and treatments carry risks and benefits. Individual results will vary. Speak to one of our qualified Cosmedicine Doctor’s or Nurse’s to see what might be right for you and to explain the possible side effects.

Part 2 - Once we understand why someone’s eyes look tired, the next question is always: what can we actually do about it?

Often it’s not just one treatment. Skin treatments and injectables can each play a role in improving the area.

The important part is that this doesn’t have to happen all at once. Treatments can be prioritised and spaced out, building a plan over time that works for you 💚

What makes someone look overdone?

Most of the time it isn’t the treatment itself. It’s the approach.

Treating one area without considering the rest of the face.
Adding volume without reassessing over time.
Ignoring skin quality.

Natural results come from having a plan and knowing when to stop.

Book a consultation with our team to create a treatment plan tailored to you💚

"I look tired around my eyes" - One of the most common concerns clients bring up in the clinic.

Treating tired eyes is rarely a quick fix, which is why we often recommend a combination of treatments.

Skin treatments and injectables can each play a role in addressing the concern and achieving a more balanced result 💚

Keep an eye out for part 2 where Janny and Sheridyn talk through the treatments we might recommend.

The most underrated treatments in clinic… according to our Quay Street team.

Not always the most talked about.
But often the ones that make the biggest difference!

For the past 8 months, I’ve been part of a small group of doctors in New Zealand invited to trial Relfydess, before its official launch.

During this time I treated a group of patients so I could really understand how it performs. How quickly it works, how long it lasts, and how it compares in real clinical practice.

Relfydess is a next-generation botulinum toxin. Clinical studies show 39% of patients begin to see results within 24 hours, and 75% of patients treated have not returned to pre-treatment activity by 6 months post treatment.

Like other toxins, it works by temporarily relaxing targeted muscles. It may be a good option for patients who want rapid onset for an event within 7 days and for those that travel that don’t want to receive treatment as often.

If you’re curious about whether Relfydess could be suitable for you, book a consultation with our team. 💚

Relfydess® (relabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows and crow’s feet around the eyes in adults. Relfydess® has risks and benefits. Ask your doctor if Relfydess® is right for you. If you have side effects, see your doctor, pharmacist or health professional. You can also report side effects to CARM (carm.org.nz).

Things we don’t believe in 👇

Rushing results
Because the best outcomes come from thoughtful planning, not shortcuts.

One-size-fits-all treatments
Because every face, concern, and goal is different — and should be treated that way.

Copy-paste faces
Because the goal isn’t to look like someone else, it’s to look like the best version of you.

Chasing trends
Because what’s popular right now isn’t always what’s right for you long-term.

Fixing everything at once
Because real results are built step by step, in the right order, over time.

We focus on considered care, natural outcomes, and doing things properly — one concern, one appointment at a time.
