You wake up every morning and re-decide whether today is the day you'll finally do something about your anxiety.

Maybe today you'll look into programs. Maybe today you'll commit to change. Maybe today you'll stop just managing symptoms and actually address the root cause.

And by the end of the day, you've talked yourself out of it again. Tomorrow. Next week. When things calm down.

And the next morning, you wake up and do it all over again.

How many more nights are you willing to promise yourself you'll stop, only to reach for the bottle again? How many more years are you willing to live half-present, half-numb, half-alive?

You say you're afraid it won't work. That you'll try to overcome the anxiety and burnout, and nothing will change. That you'll still wake up exhausted, still feel the dread, still be trapped in the same cycle.

But that's not what's really keeping you stuck.

What's really keeping you stuck is the fear of what happens if it does work.

Because if the anxiety goes away, you can't use it as an excuse anymore. If the burnout lifts, you'll have to face the relationships you've been avoiding. If you actually have energy again, you'll have to figure out what you want from your life—not what everyone else needs from you.

And if you've been saying "I'm just anxious" or "I'm just someone who drinks too much" for years, of course it feels true. Of course it feels permanent.

What if anxiety isn't your identity-it's a learned response your nervous system created to protect you from something it couldn't process? What if daily drinking isn't a character flaw-it's a coping mechanism that your brain latched onto because it worked, for a while?

"As someone who was an alcoholic for many, many years, I encourage you not to hesitate if you are struggling with your drinking. I tried many options for quitting over many years, and nothing worked. I can only describe what Sarah did as magic.

Two and a half hours doing hypnotherapy with Sarah changed my life completely. I can walk past the wine aisle in the supermarket, be at a party or restaurant where others are drinking, or think about wine, all without wanting to drink-which could never happen before. It does not take any effort on my part. After doing hypnotherapy, I experienced a complete shift where not drinking has become completely effortless.

You’ve been blaming yourself for not being strong enough.

Every time the anxiety wins. Every time you can’t push through the overwhelm. Every time you promise yourself you’ll handle it better and then collapse under the weight of it all.

You tell yourself you’re weak. That you lack discipline. That if you just tried harder, wanted it more, had more willpower, you’d be able to control it.

But here’s what you don’t understand: Willpower has nothing to do with it.
