A little Sunday reminder 🚨🚨

✈️ Heading overseas this summer? Check your MMR!

Measles outbreaks are occurring in New Zealand and overseas. Protect yourself and your whānau:

✅ Check your status – If you were born after 1 Jan 1969 and haven’t had two MMR doses, you may be at risk.
✅ Plan ahead – Full immunity takes about a month (two doses, two weeks apart).
👶 Babies 4–12 months may need an extra “MMR dose zero” – ask your provider.

Symptoms: High fever, cough/runny nose, red eyes, rash starting on the face.

⚠️ Think it could be measles? Don’t visit a clinic first — call Healthline 0800 611 116 or your GP.

Or head to our VC Clinic Open Day this Saturday to get free dose of MMR to catch you up!
