Foam rolling can improve range of motion… just not for long. It helps you move better now, NOT permanently.

You’ve seen this mo before… well time to reintroduce you to our team.

First up Thomas Hatherly.

Tom has been practising for 5years counting, working at Unisports since 2023.

From the dirty dunners in Otago, Tom has particular interests in post operative rehabilitation and sports related injuries.

He is currently working through his post-graduate diploma of sports physiotherapy adding to his skill set alongside his dry needling qualifications.

Tom is currently the head physio for the Warriors NSW Cup team and has been working within the Warriors for the last 3 years! 🤩
