Are you wanting to ramp up your therapy career? Always wanted to be able to solve more problems for people? This might be your chance. After 28 wonderful years in this role, it's time to allow someone else to enjoy this satisfying career. It's time for me to train someone up and step aside. Well not exactly aside more like step up.
It is not understating to say this role will be quite a rewarding challenge for any therapist, and to be clear I'm not leaving the role because I'm tired of it, bored or too old. I'm leaving because our business has expanded into a global training model and that business is expanding rapidly. This requires me to travel overseas regularly so we need someone to fill my clinical role in Auckland on a permanent basis.
Wellness at Work Ltd have been resolving a wide variety of chronic health conditions since 1997 by developing techniques and tools to resolve challenging problems. All of our clinical work is performed using proprietary methods and treatment tools and always delivered on a "No change, no charge basis". We are still in business because like our customers, we have high expectations of effectivness for the treatments we deliver.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and 'exceptional anatomical knowledge' (well above average), and lastly have a real passion for resolution bodywork. As mentioned due to the number of proprietary systems and methods we use in our clinics, you will be required to undergo 'significant' clinical training, plus be prepared to sign non-disclosure documents.
Self-management skills are essential. Renumeration will be generous by industry standards initially based on your current qualifications and skillset. Eventually renumeration will be linked to successful patient outcomes.
